Council agrees to dismantle orchid glasshouse
The future of the orchid glasshouse in the Alexandra Gardens has been decided with council keen for community suggestions for the use of the site.
The Rotary Orchid Glasshouse will be removed after a vote by council. The historic McCulloch fountain will be clearly visible in the gardens once the glasshouse is removed.
